Forgiveness is the best remedy..

Forgiveness is the best remedy of any vengeance. Everyone made mistakes. Even Allah emphasizes the need of being forgiven based on this ayah:

“A kind word with forgiveness is better than alms giving followed by injury.
Allah is Absolute, Clement” (Al-Baqarah, 2: 263)

But, normally good people were not allow to do mistake (I’m not saying that I’m good but I’m still striving to be one) and people will really judge and rate them negatively once they committed a mistake. (hm, what is the real different between mistakes and sins? Can anyone help me? What I understand, mistakes born to happen every day by normal human being such as speak in high tone to emphasize our point but at the same time hurt the feelings of the second party, Astagfir Allah = forgive me Allah. But sins are something much greater than that. Am I correct? Anyone who have better understanding, please help me to avoid mislead people).

For instance, Ustaz Akhil Hayy and Waheeda-after their marriage, people gave all sort of negative connotations as if they never do anything good in their life. I’m not saying that I’m supporting their “hidden” marriage or even supporting his widow, Maizawati since I’m totally ignorant of the real truth behind all of gossips surround Akhil Hayy’s marriage. So who am I to judge because I’ve never really in any of these three persons’ shoes, right? Neither all of you out there unless you are any three of them.

What can I says from this whole picture, every people make mistakes, but we should never denied that he (Akhil Hayy) was once played important role in promulgating da’wah in Malaysia either to the students and even to the adults. His positive influences even create phenomena in youtube. If I can recall, Allah’s gave me twice chances to meet him personally through his talks (Subhana Allah=Praise to Allah, he was handsome in person as in the television. So no wonder if he’ll be involved into this love triangle dilemmas).

I met him once when I was in Form 2 (if I remember it correctly) in a boarding school at Perak. It was among his pioneer stage as a preacher and it was the first time in my life to receive an Islamic talk which coupled with songs. Different approach but enable to attract people especially youngsters like me at that age.

The second time I met him was at Proton Shah Alam around year 2007. He was invited as a singer along with Dr Fadzillah Kamsah as the speaker for that day. Of course his appearance is different from the first time I saw him as he grew his long hair (his image as Islamic nasyid rocker, I must say) but his message is still the same, uphold Islam.

Being said so, please don’t misjudge me as Akhil Hayy’s fan as I’m a person who do not support a person because of him/her personally.(Dear Allah, please avoid me to favour a person merely based on his appearance/charisma/attributes) . But what I want to share is that, every person commits mistakes, so does Akhil Hayy. Alhamdulillah he get married instead of committing adultery (nauzubillah=Allah, please prevent). What I’m suggesting here is that, whenever we come across people who commit wrongdoing to us, we cannot just delete other his/her good points due to our hatred.

Before we judge others, let us question ourselves, do we ourselves protected from wrongdoing? The least bad things we do, is polluting the earth by our petrol gas (Astagfir Allah, now it hit me! But what is the alternative? I still need my transport to mobilize in this world? Ya Allah, help me!)

If Allah can forgive us, who are we to hold a grudge toward others? This clearly stated at Surah An-Nur, 24: verse no 22
“And let not those who possess dignity and ease among you swear not
to give to the near of kin and to the needy, and to fugitives for the cause
of Allah.
Let them forgive and show indulgence. Yearn ye not that
Allah may forgive you? Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”

It is believed that this verse came as a reminder to one of the beloved companion, Saidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (May Allah be pleased with him) during the incident whereby his daughter, Saidatina Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) was being accused to be disloyal to our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). At this point of time, when Abu Bakr heard that a kinsman of his own whom he supported been among the slanderers of his daughter, he sworn no longer to support him, and this verse was revealed to console Abu Bakr as-Siddiq. If the best person among all ummah was reminded by Allah to forgive people who being unjust to him, so who are we did/do not even close to Abu Bakr i.e: in term of Islamic practices, leadership position, etc?

Last, but not least Allah also mentioned in Surah Ali Imran, 3 : verse 134
“Those who spend (of that which Allah hath given them)
in ease and in adversity, those who control their wrath
and are forgiving toward mankind; Allah loveth the good .”
It is emphasizes in this ayah “those who control their wrath”, so if we want to be good Muslim in the eye of Allah, The Most Merciful and The Most Compassionate, we better strive to put aside our own anger and forgive others.

Therefore, brothers and sisters all over the world, with the coming Syawal let us forgive everyone that hurt us because we also did to others purposely or even without notice. (Dear Allah please helps me to forgive others).

Forgiving someone does not mean we forget but to put people’s mistakes as minor part within our heart (edited from Moment to Remember-Korean Drama)

Life is a journey

Life is a journey. You and me are part of it. Would we be a successful person or not? It's all depends to us and what is the aim of our life. If we know what is our goal, we sure have the enthusiasm to achieve it :)

It's no doubt that sometimes we might face death ends or things might not happen as what we expected. You may want to cry or live in grief.. But remember, life and time will never wait for us. So, after you've give yourself a time break, (but, please bear in mind that it is temporary) wake up and strive for success.

Never lost hope because we are THE CHOOSEN one if not we will never born to this world :)
Hope I've motivated those who need as I also did in number of occasions.

CHEERS! ;)
